“This is a landmark in Hickory, NC. If you need bbq & slaw for family or large crowd, this is the place to get it. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is consistent. Anytime we pick up from here, people always say how good it is and want to know where we get it. The tiny building is always so clean inside and out.“

I don’t know anywhere else that has smoked turkey on the menu. Their mac n cheese was very tasty. Very nice having access to all the beers from next door. Great spot.“

“We went here for a late lunch. I'm the only one in my family who needs a gf menu, no one else has any restrictions. We ALL loved our meals and desserts. Highly recommend. Food was good and the young lady working the counter was super friendly. Wish we lived closer and could visit more often.“

“I can say, maybe just this steakhouse or others in general, if you go at certain hours, you'll get a steak that's not gonna be cooked exactly the way you want it. I can say it's either the cook's or just the time of day you go, between 12 to 3pm, they cook great, but say on a late night or evening weekend, not so much...“
