“My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the location, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet expectations. Our server seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. Great customer service is a key part of what makes a dining experience enjoyable, and we hope that next time we visit, they'll have staff who are more enthusiastic about their work.“

“I placed my order online and went inside to pick up my order. This was at lunchtime, so the restaurant had a good flow of customers. I didn't go to the counter to ask if my order was ready. But I noticed people that came in and ordered at the counter, got their bag before I did. So, i just went to one of the workers and asked if they had a bag with my last name. And after a minute or so I did get my bag and leave the restaurant. Everyone was working, and the cook's community back and forth.“

“Staff was SUPER friendly...i ordered several items like 9 minutes before close and instead of just saying sorry were closed they made the order AND waited till after closing to give me my order...thats above and beyond and the staff is great for doing that...i kno how much it sucks to get orders right at close and no one complained or even made any snarky remarks...that says alot about their professionalism and quality of employees...they run an excellent store and that among many other reasons is why I will continue to some back and recommend this location to everyone!!!!!“

“A hidden gem. It is not a sit in restaurant but the food is excellent. I love their desserts. My personal favorite is their livermush sandwich with slaw, onions and mustard. I dare you to try it. How do you all make the livermush so crispy. I can't do that at home without burning it.“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. Great job guys!“

“Thank God for Jack in the Box! Even through covid they kept up there extended hours. I’m a night owl and NOTHING is open late anymore! Somehow Jack in the Box has managed to sustain their late hours and keep decent employees. I don’t know how they do it when no one else has seem to be able to, but they seriously deserve some recognition for it 👏 And I appreciate their variety. Where else can you get tacos and choros, and a burger and shake, and boba freaking tea!!? Kudos! Love ya!“

“The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“Since this Burger King location was remodeled...they've been fantastic! The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful! They've also really upped their food! Cooked perfectly and very tasty! Burger King team and food have improved so much that I highly recommend you give them another try!“

“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“

“We around 10:30 for lunch we ordered the minion meal and fries where cold went up to exchange them for hot fries said they had to drop some we finished eating all our food and had to go back up and ask for our hot fries and honestly they tasted reheated and smelled like old oil. Gross“

“I've really enjoyed it since it came back, but tonight's food is really disappointing. I'm not blaming the workers, it's the food itself. These fries aren't Checkers fries, they're a Great Value brand of them. Please don't let the quality fall apart to cut costs. It'll drive everyone away.“

“There was a long line in the drive thru, and each order seemed to take longer than usual. The food was acceptable but not outstanding. The lady at the window was overworked but courteous. A busy day at lunchtime, I am sure that it will be better next visit.“
