My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the location, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet expectations. Our server seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. Great customer service is a key part of what makes a dining experience enjoyable, and we hope that next time we visit, they'll have staff who are more enthusiastic about their work.

Way to eat sushi at lunch time. The service is epically slow every single time.
While the menu is interesting and the food delicious, the service was not. Two tables, that arrived after ours, were served drinks before we ever met our server. She was MIA when we needed something and generally inattentive. This was my first time trying Cowa Sake. I really loved the food and plan to give them a second chance, hoping this was just a bad day.
