“The food was awesome. Only negatives were we done an online order and were told a time to pick it up, and we arrived a few minutes earlier than the stated pickup time and still had to wait over 25 minutes past the quoted time for our order. It was never brought out to curbside pickup. My daughter had to go in after being told when she called, after we had arrived to wait in our vehicle. The other issue was that once we got home, two ordered items were not in the bags. We did try and look in the bags before we left. My daughter actually did find out that there was a loaf of banana bread missing. There were 2 family deal meals ordered, and it was just too much food to make sure it was all there in a dark parking lot. For a 100.00 dollar order, I was a little disappointed in having to wait 25 minutes and missed items. We were having a small dinner party and it put everything behind due to the wait.“
