Placed a catering order to be delivered at 9:15 am (9/18/2026). I was not informed Door Dash would deliver the meal until after I got the receipt. Order to be delivered at 9:15 am. Received a text that our order would be delivered at 8:51 am. This was a delivery to a meeting room at the ASU Campus in Hickory, NC. The room was not accessible until 9:15 am. The FOOD WAS COLD by the time we ate. Door Dash said they had no control over the pick up time and Bob Evans manager said they had no control over the pick up time. If I had known Bob Evans catering service subbed out to a third party - I would have NEVER placed the order. If Bob Evans is offering catering services; I would think they would want to make sure their food was delivered as promised, and they would take responsibility when it wasn't. So tell me - Bob Evans - What is the purpose of selecting a delivery time if YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT? I requested a 2 pm call back from a District Manager, but never received the call.“
