Love this place. Their passion is in the food. These chefs create amazing flavorful dishes! Never a disappointment!!
We went on a Sunday after lunch. I got the pineapple teriyaki burger, which was good, but didn't have teriyaki sauce and I had to go ask for it. They give you a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. You go pick it up, make your own drinks, etc.
We also had the loaded fries, but it had little cheese and it wasn't melted. They definitely weren't worth the $8. My 10yr old wanted plain ramen, they didn't offer kids sizes, and they still charged us $12 for plain noodles....read full review

I am basing this review off of personal preference here, but I don't love how the boba is a slushy/frozen texture. There are a lot of "blended" options to choose from, but I wish if they could also be offered as regular teas. Just because of that I get boba only when I am not in the Hickory area. I don't enjoy the food here but my family does. I do like the atmosphere of this restaurant, it is very cute and service is good most of the time.
