There is a barista at this store named Lucas who changed my life. I know that it sounds silly but I just lost my mother and his kind words and exceptional customer service made me feel a lot better, I really needed that. What I did not need was the female barista, Kayla, to berate me and laugh in my face. Apparently servicing a grieving customer is “standing around talking” to her. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They talk to you like family every time we go in. They know they’re “regulars” and are always so kind. Thank you all who work hard there!

3 stars because the girl that rang me up was nice. The tall man working today wouldn't sell a cranberry bliss bars tray and said i had to buy each of them individually @ $3.65 each instead of $19 for the tray because he didn't know how to ring it up. No thanks.
