First, the grandparents helped the USA fight for freedom in Southeast Asia. Family owned. Ten star friendly and service. The food. I got the wok'ed stir fry. The best oriental food I have had anywhere. The steamed rice is like Japanese sticky rice. The sticky rice is harder like bread. Just to let you know. Ten stars.

The Peanut House never disappoints! Who else browses the menu even though you already know what you want?! There's soo much to choose from! I usually get their bomb Combo Pad Thai..but today, I was feeling Chicken Kapoon & it hit the spot! Their Hmong papaya was light, sour, sweet, & spicy! Very addicting. If I lived in Hickory I would order takeout here weekly. It's some of the best Thai I've had and it's so cheap. We ordered the fresh rolls with tofu to start which both my husband and I loved. They were super flavorful. I ordered the red curry soup with tofu (3 stars) and it was incredibly spicy, but still enjoyable. The service was excellent as well. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will be back!
