The cashier welcomed me upon arrival. That's always nice and appreciated. It was fairly empty and quiet which is good especially when you're there to work. They have quite the variety but not overwhelming. She patiently answered all of my questions about matcha, their mushroom coffee and the difference between fresh and .... another coffee option they offered.
