Never have plain hot and ready. Ordered waited worker brought pizza from back playing with box in other workers face while he was dealing with another customer. Felt like I was in chucky cheese
The food is good but my last pizza wasn't cut well and when they closed the box, the pizza was partially folded over on itself. That was disappointing but as I said, it was still tasty.
