Although I would recommend the food here because it is good and fulfilling, the staff needs to be better because they constantly hand out orders that aren’t completed. Not just a side but the whole entree… How? Is there a lack of communication? It’s not hard to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it out. Not my favorite location..
I ordered a 5 piece supreme meal today around 3:52PM and two of the five were RAW in the middle! Tried to get in touch with the location and no one answers, says mailbox is full. 😒
Ive personally never had an issue with employees or with the quality of my food at this Bojangles location. They'll occasionally give me smaller tenders (lol), but that's at any location. My food is always fresh, and I like the biscuits and brown gravy at this location. Would recommend over the location in Archdale any day.
