“I have recently placed two large to go orders at this location. Both times Chase and his team served us up with some of the best customer service we have ever gotten here! Not only were they happy to show up during tricky weather conditions, but they all seem genuinely happy to be there and everything that they prepared for us was extremely fresh and well made! THIS is the kind of management that Panera has been needing since this location opened! We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future since this is the type of quality they are committed to providing! Great work, Chase! “A Cinnamon Crunch bagel run at the Panera at 2400 Penny Rd, High Point, NC 27265. My only complaint for Panera is the price they want to charge for cream cheese (I never buy at restaurant). This location is my favorite. They never have disappointed (except for the their price for cream cheese)“
