Friendly service in clean environment. The food came out quickly and fresh. The pita on the gyro would benefit from some time on the griddle to add color, texture and flavor.
The food is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the Chicken ala Frances. The chicken was tender, melt in your mouth. The rice had bits of craisins and nuts which went beautifully with the chicken. The veggie of the day was roasted brussel sprouts with a light sauce. I asked if they could please move to Maryland. The best food I've had in a restaurant in some time.
We stopped in for a quick coffee before an appointment, and the owner was extremely accommodating. He made us a couple of lattes and we sat outside to talk and relax for about thirty minutes. A very nice spot with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Don Leon's is a fantastic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The kind-hearted owners and staff provide excellent service, and the owners are a lovely married couple in their 80s. The menu offers gluten-free options and delicious dishes like the gyro and burger. The gyro meat is tender and plentiful, and the burger is juicy. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. Dine outside and enjoy dishes like clam chowder, rubens, and the excellent Brunswick stew. Don Leon, with his friendly demeanor, makes every guest feel at home, and the overall cleanliness and service from the staff enhance the dining experience.
