“First time I've ever had second hand embarrassment at a chain restaurant, you are literally a chicken restaurant, NO way should my chicken literally be petrified! It was obviously old, dry, and the chicken was shriveled to the bone! Mashed potatoes and biscuits were good, but after my so called dinner, I was still hungry. Update:1/6/26 So happy with the taste and quality of the food we purchased tonight, and the prices, 💯 different experience tonight 😀 Everything was great!“

“Fried pickles were great. Wings were cooked very well but the sauce was weirdly not very flavorful considering it was a thai, mango haberno blend.
Service was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant itself seemed a bit dank and dirty. There was food on the floor and the wall inside our booth. Choice of music was great though!“

“Since this location is opened up, I’ve ordered from Little Caesars more than a dozen times and I should have left a review earlier. Unlike a few other places, this location always has their pizza cooked properly incorrectly. The deep dish crust is always crispy the way it should be, and everything is always completed in a timely fashion. The best Little Caesars store I have ever ordered from. Can’t recommend them enough and they deserve this glowing review.“

“I have been eating at this Pizza Hut since it first opened. First with my Grandmother before she passed, now on my own via online pickup. I miss how the wings were before they switched to Wingstreet, but the pizza is still good, maybe even slightly better. Though other businesses in the vaccinity (Beef O'Bradys and Family Video, to name a few) have closed down, this one is still here, and I hope it stays here for a little while longer.“

“I was nominated to go pick up 7 pizzas for a 3 yr old birthday party. although I did feel like we should have gotten a much better deal since we did order 7 pizzas, I was just happy that the order turned out pretty good. “If you want some Little Caesars pizza then this place has it there. It doesn't take too long and it tastes like Little Caesars. You get what you pay for.

Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn't have any steps and it has a drive thru window though. And no automated doors so you might need to open the door yourself or usually there's someone standing near by to ask for some help.“

“Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“

“Absolutely love hildabran dominos their sweet and on time with delivery service all food is hot and good when it comes I’ve never had an issue and if by chance the food maybe wrong they will make it up to u if u use the website or app. 100% great food and svc around this area in hickory nc

Parking: Parking is free and plenty of it and handicapped parking available also

Kid-friendliness: They have an area for kids to step up and watch pizzas and food be made it’s cute and everyone is nice and ask kids to come and watch

“Zaylee and Chase were the only employees working when we arrived tonight at 5:00. Zaylee explained that we could place an order and eat in, but the dining room unfortunately did not have a server. They both did fantastic work under the adverse conditions. Pizza was made and served in a timely manner not only to us but other customers as well. We come here often and Zaylee was just as cheerful and courteous as always even though I'm sure she was under a lot of stress.“

“My wife and I were traveling with our 3 dogs so we needed to eat outside. It was about 55 degrees and Jewel said she would wait on us outside or we would not have been able to eat there with our dogs. Jewel was not only a great waitress but a great person as well. She was very nice to our barking chihuahuas and us. Thank you.“

“The best part about a kickin chickin sandwhich is the dripping ranch and tounge torch sauce. Both sandwiches had a dab of each on one piece of chicken. Worst experince I've had at Zaxby's! Called the 800 number and they didn't care. When you pay 6 dollars for a sandwhich expectations should be high. I'd give this a zero if I could. Today i spoke to the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were recertified for our last night experince. I'm changing from one star to 3.“

“I have to RAVE about my favorite place to go and eat. This Zaxby's BY FAR is the best fast food place in the whole county. What helps make it so wonderful, is the manager, Keisha!! She seems to always be there, and makes you feel like family!! When I see her friendly face, I KNOW I am going to get the best service around and the freshest food!! All the employess are super friendly, and the place is spotless, EVEN the bathrooms!! Thank you Keisha, for loving your job and your customers!!!
