Wendy's offers fresh, hot food with excellent service, even during busy times. While some staff members may be less attentive, the experience has seen improvement recently. A young man at the drive-through window was very pleasant, and the food remained hot and fresh. The atmosphere is quiet, and the remodel looks nice. Despite the service still being mediocre at best, many customers found the staff friendly, especially during interactions. One employee, who helped carry drinks to a customer's car, was noted for their wonderful attitude. The quality of the food, like the tasty and filling salad, makes Wendy's a worthwhile stop for customers, even if there are occasional issues, such as a malfunctioning Coke Zero machine. Overall, customers appreciate the positive interactions and improved service at this location.
