Hardee's offers a variety of food with some positive and negative experiences. Customers enjoy the mushroom burger, finding it tasty, though sometimes the edge of the burger gets too hard. The chicken tenders have been praised as the best initially but have become hard and dry over time. The bacon egg cheese biscuit and sausage biscuit are fresh and flavorful, though small in size. There have been issues with service, such as incorrect orders like only receiving one sandwich from a Big Bag purchase, and subpar friendliness from staff. However, the restaurant responded well to hygiene concerns, conducting a thorough investigation and restoring confidence in their practices. Overall, Hardee's provides satisfying meals but faces challenges with consistency and customer service.
