“We are on vacation and this was a dinner we had on our must try list. We ordered online and it was ready when we arrived. The staff member was very kind and informative, letting us know each step to get this good stuff steamed up. They also provide printed instructions. I’m not sure which bucket we ordered, but it had shrimp, clams, crab, potatoes, sausage, kielbasa, onions, and scallops. It was more than we could finish at one sitting, but we look forward to finishing off the leftover shrimp and potatoes! I love that we get to keep the bucket and we plan on ordering for home delivery in a couple of months. It was so good! And fun!“

“We have been coming to Topsoil for years and this is the one of two reliably good places to eat on the island, in my opinion. We've never been disappointed and always leave full.Ironically, never had their oysters, but their shrimp is delicious and we always, *always*, get the fries for the app.Dietary restrictions: Great with allergens to ensure no cross contamination on the menu. We've never requested modifications, though.Parking: Parking can be difficult during on season, but never any problems off season. Be careful where you park, because some spaces are reserved for specific businesses.“
“The food here is so delicious- we ended up coming back for more on our short vaca.Loved all of the in house made options- we loved the balsamic vinaigrette, cilantro lime sauce, the clam chowder was insanely delicious, and the ice cream pie was unique, but so tasty! Food hot very quick friendly service.Parking: Shopping center parking on two sides plenty of space during rush hour traffic.“
“We are from Buffalo NY visiting family...The Bagel Bakery was highly recommended..and it did not disappoint..The bagels are delicious and the bagel sandwiches are fresh and yummy...Staff is friendly, service is quick even if it's busy..Will be a must visit whenever we are in town!!!“
“Wow! Came here after lunch for something sweets. I don't normally even like donuts but I really enjoyed this donut. Was able to park outside in the lot. We went inside and the worker was very kind. He gave us a run down on the menu and what was popular. The donuts are made right on the spot so it was so warm and just a great consistency. They are cake donuts that you can add glaze and toppings to so you can make it your own. My one donut was ~$2.50. I ordered the mint donut and loved it. It kinda looked like shrek. So warm and tasty! I would definitely come back! Was able to sit outside on the bench and enjoy my donut!“

“We love going to coastal every time we visit Topsail. They have a large variety of beer and cider. The service is friendly and quick. They always play sports and good music. But the food is by far the reason we go. Everything we have had has been super and top notch for what's offered on the island. We love the hot honey shrimp, wings, jalepeno nachos, burgers, wraps, tots, fries and more. We love the tastiness of the food. It's amazing and 100% worth a trip when visiting Topsail. You can also get your food to go and sit anywhere in town.“
“Even though it is early January, the place is very laid back and inviting. Don't let the outside fool you, it is great spot for good beers and great food. We had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and it was great! Staff was fun and very enjoyable!“
“Had lunch there today with some friends!! The hotdogs we had were awesome!! I loved the fries because there weren’t overcooked like most places do. Finished it off with a big hot brownie sundae!!! “So good I had to eat here twice during our recent trip to Surf City! First time I had the Italian sub and the second time I had the reuben sandwich. Both were excellent! Service is very friendly and fast. They do have plenty of parking and have a small seating area downstairs and more seating upstairs. They have a pretty large menu of sandwiches and breakfast. If you're craving a great sandwich drop in and check this spot out. I'll be back for sure.“
“My husband and I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years and tonight was so disappointing. The steak was the dryest piece of meat you could have imagined and the remaining entrees our table ordered were extremely underwhelming for the price. The "rack" of elk was two extremely small pieces for an astronomical price. A $400 meal that was overwhelmingly disappointing and was not a culinary experience as we've had in the past. Save your money and go elsewhere.“
“The wife and I have been to Nineteen for brunch on several occasions. Every time has been a great experience. We have found all parts of the brunch menu incredibly yummy! Service has been responsive and wait times very minimal. Cost is very friendly to the wallet. Warmer weather brings opportunity to eat on the outdoor deck and views of the golf course. If your looking for a great dining experience for brunch, let the mimosas fly and do not hesitate to go to Nineteen.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces are not extremely close to the front door, but a nice inclined sidewalk with no steps is great for accessibility.“
“Love the food at Cowfin. Everything we have ever eaten there has been great. My husband especially loves the peanut butter and bacon burger. And the service is usually great. However, I am not happy we were charged $2 for a split plate. I ordered the Nachos and he ordered the burger. They brought them separately so I ate and he had some. Then they brought his burger cut in two (and squished flat). Didn't think anything about it until I looked at the receipt this morning. Maybe servers should ask if people are sharing and not assume. Also, this is not documented on the menu!“

Which is always ridiculous in this wasteful world, but especially on a coastal town where plastic is killing our sea turtles. I asked if I could fill my water somewhere and was told I could be given a plastic cup to fill mine. That defeats the entire purpose…“
“This was a great find! The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was hot and good, and the wait staff was amazing! I've never been to a restaurant where everyone working was so friendly and on top of everything. This isn't a fancy restaurant but I definitely think you should try it. If we were locals it would be a go to place for us. Enjoy!“
