Just tried recently and they no longer offer a Seniors Platter. You have to ask for silverware. Charge an extra 18% for tables of 6 or more people. Prices are just as high as if they were center of Surf City.
2023 food, prices and service was excellent. 2024 that no longer is true.
Customers satisfaction is key to a successful business and Hollands knows nothing about that. Very disappointed with the service.
Many of us Burgaw area people are still PO’d that he abandoned the very people who supported him for years and made his business prosper.
Plus the fact, after the flood, they started a “Go Fund Me” page to ”Rebuild Hollands”, to which many of his loyal customers donated money. Many were senior citizens who could barely afford to donate but loved the place.
They donated to rebuild here, not relocate 40 miles away.
