“Visited here on Tuesday afternoon. The bartender was friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They have a good selection of different styles of beer. The beers I tried were good. They have a nice outdoor seating area. They are dog friendly.“
“We were visiting our daughter who just moved to NC a few months ago. Turns out this brewery is so close to her new place we just had to try it. We are so glad we did! Don't miss this brewery for the friendliest bartender (more of a beer mixologist!) and best brown ale you will ever have!“
“What a phenomenal place, super friendly environment, great ownership and I’m just in awe for this business, because it screams WELCOME FAMILY YOU ARE HOME. Such a great variety of drinks to choose from but to me what stuck out the most was the hard seltzer flavor selections and kombucha to come!!!!! WILL BE BACK AGAIN“
“Great open mic night, Clay the bartender was friendly and helpful and is also a skilled guitarist :) There are several non-alcoholic drink options and the stage is big enough for 4-5 people to perform. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. I'll come back soon!“
“Great brewery to visit especially during events. Usually not too crowded when no events going on but gets very crowded during events. They offer free food at multiple events throughout the year and often have live music. About $6-$7/16oz beer.“
“The atmosphere is excellent; very inviting and fun! They also have a selection of unique beers with the best menu art I've ever seen. The staff was super friendly and hosted a wide variety of clientele and families.Parking: There is more parking behind the bar which isn't well advertised. There is also limited street parking on the main street.“
“Despite being sandwiched between a neighborhood and a highway, Southern Peak feels secluded and relaxing--a Brigadoon with beer. The beer selection is excellent without being pretentious, the atmosphere is fun and casual. No restaurant on site, but judging from our one night there, they partner up with outstanding food trucks. They've clearly put a lot of thought into crafting the ambiance, not just the beer.“
“Been here once so far and definitely want to return. The employees and regulars are awesome. They are welcoming and love dogs. Dogs are not allowed inside (other than service dogs). They do have a pet friendly outdoor patio (with heaters). Nearly everyone there came outside to greet my dog and I. Since I couldn't go inside they watched my dog while I went inside to get a beer. The bartender was friendly and efficient. She even brought out a water bowl. Without tasting other options, I chose the pecan maple porter ($7). It was excellent. Smooth, flavorful, and strong albeit pricy (comparable to other breweries in the area). Definitely would order that again, although I do want to try their other options. Several people were sitting outside and welcomed any at their table and into their conversations. Inside, the brewery was hosting an open mic night. I would have liked to hear more of it, but the outdoor patio was peaceful. As the sun came down, they started the heaters/fire pits. Ample parking is available right out front. Nearby parking lots and street parking is also available. Overall, excellent experience here and I highly recommend this brewery to others!“
“I've been to Bond Brothers a few times to enjoy their diverse brew selection. Sitting outside when the weather is nice is one of my favorite parts about this spot. I also have been trying to go more on nights that they host The Naked Empanada food truck because it is my all-time favorite food truck. The food truck selection rotates but are always great“
“Nice place to go spend time with friends and have a drink. Unfortunately they didn't have the beer I really wanted to try but the one i got instead was really good still. The atmosphere is where this one really shines. Huge outdoor seating with fire pits and covered area with picnic benches makes this place a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Would definitely go back to try other beers.“
“Great selection of beers and good food truck rotation. I try to stop in at least once a week for the NC Burger truck and a beer or 2. Aside from the selection, the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is one of the last stands of places that don't try to make beer a political statement, while keeping beer as a common interest, as it should be. I appreciate the simplicity of this place and how they do all the necessary things correctly. They serve coffee for a period of time and that is also very good. If you want a relaxed social atmosphere with beer, coffee, and/or food possibilities, this is a good one!“
“THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! South Line Brewing Co. is amazing - Conrad and Robin are amazing. Everyone that participated in the Allen Tate Cary Office Client Appreciation said that it was a 10 out of 10!! Matt was a phenomenal bartender and the atmosphere was perfect! Beer on tap is FANTASTIC!“
“Ernie is top shelf. Great service always and always happy to be doing what he’s doing !Rick does a great job educating everyone on the beers. Get the Super Fortress while it is still around. I think only the brewery has it now. Coin pool table is a great addition. Great spot to chill for a couple hours on Friday/Saturday.“
“Great place for beer with friends. The common area was super kid and dog friendly, if you're into that. Beer was about $7 a pint, ton's of space. They also had a wide selection of ciders, sours, & even mixed drink. It was my favorite of the two places.Parking was terrible, tho, tons of people, and literally nowhere to park“
“Such a cool spot here in Cary NC. Walked in not knowing what to expect, but I rarely pass up the chance to stop at a local brewery. Fortnight has a ton of space, lots of outdoor seating and had music bingo going on tonight that provided a great vibe and energy. Beer was solid, as I had their flagship IPA Blank Coast. Bonus tip- there is a disc golf course in the parking area that is wooded and looks super cool. We didn't play because it was closed by the time we got here. Check this place out if you are in the area.“
“The beers are VERY good. I like that they have browns and ambers, too, not just IPAs that seems to be typical at breweries these days. There is a real good variety and seasonal beers on tap as well. NICE BAR and plenty of seating plus a separate room for a private party or meeting. Lots of food places in the plaza so you can bring food in or get it deliver.ed.“
“Vicious Fishes Taproom makes for a fantastic date night with your loved one! Bring the family too!The wait time was just long enough to check out the menu to agree on appetizers and drinks. I highly suggest trying some of the local brews.Vegetarians and Vegans: Yes, there are several options here that even you can have. I tried this fried goat cheese salad, and the goat cheese fritters just melt in your mouth ?. For you meat eaters, the chicken was apparently incredibly flavorful, and the spinach was the best part!“
“Had a great time here while visiting my son and daughter in North Carolina there was actually three aviators all with inside of each other here bartender and server was a super cool guy young kid always had a smirk on his face like he was about to pull something on “
“It's about time I upgrade this review to 5 stars. Cotton House has always been my favorite place to grab a beer in Cary, and nothing has changed about that. The vibe is absolutely phenomenal, the beers are all top notch, and the staff who work here are always pleasant. Plus, they often times have food trucks! Just check out their website and you can find out what food truck will be there on any given day. All in all, you won't be disappointed with a visit to Cotton House!“
“This place really hit the spot tonight! Great food and beer! Ezekiel and his staff were very friendly and didn’t mind letting us sample several of their in house made beers. Ezekiel even gave us a tour of the top floor or the restaurant even though it was closed for tonight since we stopped in late on a Tuesday. I will definitely recommend friends and family and will stop back by when I’m in the area again!“
“We had a wonderful dinner at BJs tonight. Our waiter was great, very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, we each got something different…pizza, steak, chicken sandwich and the brisket sandwich. They were all very tasty. The pizookies were outstanding as well. This was our first time at Bjs and we’ll definitely be back.“
“Went there for lunch on a Saturday. Parking in downtown Fuquay-Varina can be a challenge, but the pizzas are so worth it. The pizzas are brick oven cooked, the crust is crispy but not too thin, and the sauce is perfect, not too acidic or too sweet. The prices are just right as well. Sure, Dominoes is cheaper in price, but nowhere near as good.“
“Love LOVE local time! They should have put more of their brewing space in a cheaper building/remote location and expanded the seating footprint + a better side patio (vs mulch). Love the atmosphere though and so happy for Holly springs! Thanks Local time!!“
