They also issued a refund for the part of the order that was incorrect.His response time and email were awesome and I’m very appreciative of the time he spent after hours to make it right.Thanks Jason!Have had takeout from this place a couple of times and now I’m never going back.I try to be understanding because my kids have worked in food services and I get it - mistakes happen.What I’m not letting go of is this:You mess up my order - MAKE IT RIGHT.Apology? Okay great - but that isn’t going to fix it. I shouldn’t have to beg for you to fix it or ask if I can come back and get what I ordered. There should be zero delay between me letting you know what happened and you offering some type of solution. This is a top down issue so I can’t even blame the girl answering the phones. If she doesn’t know how - it’s because she wasn’t taught.“
“Food is way better than you would expect. Place isn't like modern but I don't care. Foods good service is casual but on point. Buffalo anything is banging. If owner is reading you could have more selection of beers on draft or switch it up. But great spot worth a stop in anytime. Also pursuer area if you want to bring your dog mine loves it there.“
“Busy Sunday morning and they seated a part of 6 within 20 minutes, texted in 14 minutes. Dianna was an amazing waitress who was kind courteous, prompt and very attentive! Ciara was friendly,warm and sincere at the hostess station! You got a great thing going and totallly worth the trip! We will defiantly be back!! “Food was FANTASTIC!! Pimento Smash is OFF THE CHARTS. Ooey Gooey cheese deliciousness. Mac-N-Smash was perfect for my teenage son (who also got the Mac and cheese as a side ??♀️) Rotel dip and loaded fries for apps were perfect. Food was out fast, hot and service was exceptional. HIGHLY recommend. Live music while we were there and he was really, really good. It is loud but we loved it.“
