Terrific meal here, way better than when I tried the one in Cary at Waverly. My husband had the Big Shack, minus pickles, onion rings, fries and a black and white shake. He could not stop saying how delicious, juicy and flavorful the burger was. He said it is not often the actual item stacks up to the photo on the menu. So true!! I ordered pick up and was a little surprised that it was empty on a Friday night.
An employee at the register made eye contact w/ us as we walked in and then walked away. All the employees had that same reaction. It was kinda comical.lol
Anyway, the place is gorgeous inside and super clean!
The veggie burger was the best I have ever had from a chain restaurant! Not the overpriced Impossible burgers everyone else has. All the food was delicious and affordable!

Shake Shack Holly Springs offers a meal that is terrific, way better than the location in Cary at Waverly. The Big Shack, minus pickles, is delicious, juicy and flavorful, and the actual item stacks up to the photo on the menu. The Smokeshack is so delicious, with a potato bun as a nice touch and minced cherry peppers that made it sing. The spicy fries with ranch are very good, though the dusting of spice is kind of just sprinkled on top. Onion rings and fries are not greasy at all. The key lime shake feels like eating a frozen key lime pie slice, tangy and refreshing. The veggie burger is the best from a chain restaurant. Food is delicious with a good variety of burger options, limited time offering, hot dogs and chicken options with variety of drinks and shakes. The dining area and bathroom are clean, and the vibes are friendly and inviting. Service is excellent and the App is very easy to navigate. It costs a bit more, but the quality of ingredients, portion and cleanliness make it worth the splurge. A large group had food that came out together hot, fresh, and delicious, and gluten-free folks were delighted.
