“Newly remodeled and very clean restaurant ? The food was delicious ? but certainly Not enough for the prices. Not complaining because I realize inflation is awful these days.. but it absolutely would Not put this KFC out of business to give a little more..

“well just don't place your order with the call ahead center because they will not send your order to the store ... the employees at the store are very nice and got my order in but I had to wait even longer to place my order again at store because the call center sucks ....“

“Our server Cole was of exceptional service. He was very helpful, respectful and delivered some of the best service I have ever gotten from an eatery. The young man at the counter i think his name is Brandon or Brayden, he was very professional and polite and from what i seen a hard worker bouncing around between the front counter and drive thru when they were busy. “Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“

“Absolutely love hildabran dominos their sweet and on time with delivery service all food is hot and good when it comes I’ve never had an issue and if by chance the food maybe wrong they will make it up to u if u use the website or app. 100% great food and svc around this area in hickory nc

Parking: Parking is free and plenty of it and handicapped parking available also

Kid-friendliness: They have an area for kids to step up and watch pizzas and food be made it’s cute and everyone is nice and ask kids to come and watch

“Didn't want an entire combo meal for lunch, so I ordered their kid's meal... Two delicious chicken fingers, a lot of crinkle fries, a very small drink, and a package of Goldfish graham crackers. Even though it was a kid's meal, it was a pretty decent amount of food - and I saved the cookies for later. Service was good, and the food was fresh and hot. REALLY like their chicken fingers!?“

“The staff is great at this place. Would have given it 5 stars if it was for the problem I had w my cheese sticks. This is 3 times in a row the cheese sticks were not edible due to being burnt. Everything else was great. My order was available. They said it would be the wings were great, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only reason they r not getting 5 stars is because the cheese sticks only had a super thin layer of cheese all 3 times and we're extremely burnt all 3 times. They need to add alot more cheese and also calibrate the oven temperature and timer for them. I called the number listed to discuss the problem but was answered by the call center not the store and was hung up on the first time. The 2nd time I waited over 30mins to be able to talk to the staff at the store about the order. The call center needs to be done away with. It just causes more problems and the cheese sticks need twice the amount of cheese to prevent them from having a think black burnt crispy layer of grass.“
