“Mostly great, but the last two times when I get my order to work it hasn’t been correct. I was charged extra but did not receive them. Also when I schedule a pick up time and get to the store to pick it up there isn’t anyone up front to give me my order and I had to wait and on several occasions I had to yell for someone to hear me and come up to give me my order. This has made me late for work many times.“

She has a lot of vocal stims from TikTok lol 😂😂but she’s delightful and is always getting customers to try a new drink. “Stopped in after a yoga session and appreciated how impeccably clean the facility was—especially the restroom, which was spotless. There was plenty of seating available with a mix of high and low tables, making it a comfortable space to relax.

Service was fast with no wait, which was great. However, my order was made incorrectly—I asked for a Caesar salad and was given a Cesar burrito. When I mentioned the mistake, the cashier insisted that’s what I ordered. They did remake it, but there was no apology, which was disappointing.

My friend ordered the green detox smoothie. I’ve had that smoothie at many places and usually enjoy it, but I wasn’t a fan of their version.

Overall, the food was good, and I’d return to support a locally owned business—but customer service could definitely be improved.“

“This has always been my family's favorite Smoothie King we stop in here at least 2-3 times a week and the employees always made us feel at home.
I don't know what happened recently but some really good employees are not here anymore and this breaks our hearts because Ms. Camille and Jordan were and are really good friends but nevertheless the Smoothies are always good“

“I had an appointment in Davidson and arrived early. I knew I would have to get something to eat first and found out that Clean Juice was located within walking distance to my appointment! I always try to find delicious, healthy & organic places to eat that are affordable. Not only does Clean Juice fit the bill, but they offer a wide variety of meal selections besides the juices and smoothies. I’ve never been disappointed!“

“My wife and I had the Dragon bowl and the Acerola smoothie. Both were absolutely delicious! The bowls were bigger than others we have had in the area and the fruit was so fresh that I thought they were growing it in the back! Jessica and Mike are the best and they are so welcoming that you feel like you have known them for years. Next time, and there will be MANY more next times, I'm going to add cacao nibs. I think the chocolate would add another mood boosting layer to my already insanely healthy breakfast. This kept me going all the way to lunch and I even skipped coffee! I can't wait to go back to Seaboard Station Palm Berries and try the next bowl.“

“This place was great. I used to get smoothies before moving to the area. I didnt know where to begin. Luckily, this place had an event.

Everyone was very friendly and they have plenty of options to choose from. They also provided samples of new smoothies, Apple Cinnamon Crisp and Holiday Pecan. I love apple anything, so this smoothie was perfect. I dont love Pecans, yet my toddlers loved it.“

“Found this place and never went back to any coffee place only thing i will say is morning shift seems to rush a little bit more then afternoon which is great but everytime my order has been wrong . my cream cheese is forgotten everytime and my drink isn’t correct in the mornings .. still all wonderful products but nobody likes a dry bagel when they get to work 😭 staff is always so sweet as well ! never have any issues other then this“

The Red Bean Wow drink was a highlight—smooth milk tea mixed with creamy red beans gave it the perfect blend of sweetness and richness. I also tried the Bubble Wow drink, and the tapioca pearls were so fresh and chewy, pairing perfectly with the milk tea. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This is beyond my favorite boba tea place in Charlotte! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! They also have a kiosk you can use to order or order ahead with UberEats. The most amazing part about this place; they have sugar adjustments down to 0% sugar and they have milk alternatives (coconut, soy, almond, oat) for all of us sugar free, dairy free people!! This is a huge difference and it’s so rare I can get boba tea due to these 2 things and Komma Tea has both! The quality of ingredients are also very flavorful and delicious! Confidently located beside the aquarium and one is located right across from Burlington! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!“
