“Coming from Europe we prefer less sweet baked goods (that we usually just make ourselves). This was the first time ever I LOVED the frosting on a cupcake, everything was just delicious! I also appreciated the use of almond flour - we have a type 1 diabetic in the family and almond flour is a lot better for them (and I haven’t figured out how to get it to work in my own baking) and the cookies were great! Will definitely come back!”

“This place is rather new to Roxboro, NC and is fast becoming the town favorite. Having dined there on several occasions I can attest to the quality of food, the variety of menu options, service and atmosphere. There is no place I'd rather go for Mexican food! El Ranchero's is a glimmering gem in a small town setting. Service is great, the staff very cordial and helpful. If you decide to go, better get there early as the crowd grows large during dinnertime. You won't regret this choice!”

All of our clientele loved her cakes… And many were “shocked” to find out that it is Vegan 😘. When we hosted omnivore weddings, her cakes would win with couples in our blind taste tastes, against the “traditonal” bakeries that use animal products. The margarita keylime cake and carrot cake are my favorites! My kids love her vanilla dream cake, and chocolate surprise center cake! We will certainly miss having her in the triangle area but plan to visit in VA!”
