everyone was nice and i got what i ordered, and the place was tidy & clean, but i was standing there 10+min on top of the 15min that passed since i placed my order online because the one person taking orders at the counter was also the one person making sure orders got made and putting them together. y'all need more staff for lunchtime
I had a great experience at Bojangles! Michael Gray provided excellent customer service and was very friendly and welcoming. He kept the restaurant nice and clean, and it was clear that he takes pride in his work. Great service and a pleasant experience overall. Thank you, Michael!
Not only did we wait for them to make biscuits which is fine,I like fresh food 😋 but the chicken was hard and discolored on the inside! Staff was friendly but overall experience was poor!
