Horrible owner and very rude
By hiring team managers who can take drive through orders and teaching managers to not talk bad about the customers within ear shot. Also when problems do arise do not cut the customer off and try and shoo them out of the building instead actually listen to what they ate telling you.
Ordered 2 types of ice cream. The cone was brought to me top down in a cup, mostly melted. The Caramel cashew sundae was partially melted went I got it. Then found out there was no Caramel in it at all. Never going back, quality is steadily dropping and wait times are too long
