I love Culver's, especially their cod fish sandwich or platter. I have never been disappointed, Love their ice cream also!
Horrible owner and very rude
By hiring team managers who can take drive through orders and teaching managers to not talk bad about the customers within ear shot. Also when problems do arise do not cut the customer off and try and shoo them out of the building instead actually listen to what they ate telling you.
