“Great local restaurant and consistently one of our favorites! Diverse menu with multiple healthy options and things that can modified as needed. Superior quality of all food items coupled with exceptional service - all very consistent!!! We had the crab cakes, side of collard greens, salmon on lentils/kale, and a side of roasted butternut squash with brussel sprouts - each dish perfectly cooked, excellent flavors.“

“What a lovely experience we had here. We celebrated our anniversary and from the start they went out of their way to make us feel special. We got a little card from the restaurant wishing us a happy anniversary. We decided to get a bottle of wine, and the Sommelier was in the house that night and came over and extensively talked to us about the wine choices, and ended up helping us choose such a delicious bottle. It was so fun to be able to use that service.The food was so incredible. For start, we got the roasted oysters (absolutely delicious) and the 7 layer salad (crisp and refreshing, but could have used a little bit more dressing but still very yummy). For our meal, we got the pork shank that was on special and the poulet rouge. Our sides were the Mac and Cheese, mushroom risotto, and the Brussels. Everything was soooo incredible! The sauce on the chicken was delicious, the Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, the pork shank was so rich and had a delicious dark gravy on it. We stuffed ourselves so full and savored every single bite. For dessert we got the mud pie and they also brought out some cute little macarons for our anniversary. Delicious as well!The service was incredible and we never had to wait for anything. The food came quickly and they were always on top of changing our plates and silverware. Our water cups were always full and we got continuous top offs of our wine. Everyone was extremely nice. It was just so lovely.Highly recommend if you want a fancy night out. “This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats and ordered lunch from this location on Friday, 03-10-23, but it served as dinner too on a long day. I ordered The Chick, which was a scoop of Jalapeño Holly with a side of grape salad, a small Olivia's Old South, a chocolate marshmallow crispy bar, and a slice of key lime pie. Everything was good. I hadn't had the grape salad in years, & it was as great as I'd remembered.I was using a coupon with Uber Eats & I really got a good bang for my buck with this order. While unpictured, I've since entered the restaurant for a takeout order. The staff was pleasant. Even with a short wait, they checked in with me. Looking forward to returning.“

“Lil hole in the wall type a joint. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The double cheeseburger all the way with slaw, Carolina style, was delicious. I didn't even get a picture of it. It went fast. It had two big patties, two melted pieced of cheese, slaw and oh my, it was good. And, it was only $7. It was way better than any $15-$20 burger I've paid for.“

“Showmars is a great spot with super fresh ingredients and fast, friendly service. They have fresh salads, juicy grilled chicken, THE BEST tzatziki sauce, gyro, pitas, cheeseburgers, fried chicken sandwiches, pasta salad, the list goes on. You'll get a lot for your dollar as their portion sizes are pretty substantial! They are "Greek Southern" in their approach to food. They offer a casual order-at-the-counter-and-grab-a-number style dining experience which makes it perfect for a quick lunch or dinner with a group. The staff come around and make sure your drinks are refilled. Showmars is our go-to spot and I think if you give it a try, you'll agree!“

“I used to love going to Showmars and was excited to go there for a quick lunch when I was visiting the area recently. The food is ok, but not as good as it used to be, and the burgers were much smaller. The prices are very reasonable. The service was great, as always. The restaurant was not very clean. There were a lot of tables that needed to be wiped down, which is to be expected at a busy time of day, but it was overall not very clean.“

“The bartender brian, is the most laid back person ever. Maybe alittle reserved but if you get the chance to get into a conversation with him, hes a pleasure to talk too. I appreciated everything about his conversation and service! Will be back again.“

“We were about 40 ladies and we ordered at the counter and the food came out very fast as each order was done. They were prepared for us....the food was very good and the portions were large. I had fried shrimp, french fries, hush puppies and Cole slaw with my order....“

“The only reason for a reduced star was because there was a lengthy wait, but for there to be reduced staff, we had excellent service and spectacular food. The fried Salmon balls are amazing. They are mashed potato balls with a hint of salmon with a dip that was served on the plate and topped with pickled onions. These are technically an appetizer, but they are so good and filling.In the picture there are the Salmon balls and fried green tomatoes. My other photo has French toast with blackberries, bacon, eggs and a bucket of mimosa.Would definitely come here to eat again!Parking: This is a place you would walk to from a different parking area.“

“Had a work lunch here. Service was great, surprisingly food was good. I expected less tbh. Popular spot for lunch, usually means high price, and meh food. Food was tasty, good and hot. Ordered Chicken, as they claim is the "best thing" on the menu. Fried chicken sandwich, buffalo/honey sauce, with blue cheese crumbles. I mean, it slaps. Portion-wise was fine, just regular. Nothing abundant. Very good service for group.“
