“I just stopped at Rossini’s for the first time and had their lunch Salmon Salad. Let me tell you I am a Salmon Snob and this salad was the absolute best!! The large portioned, very tasty, very well seasoned blacken Salomon was superb! I will be back!!!“

“Was around this area for work and decided to stop in after getting my haircut. Ordered fried chicken wings combination that come with the pork fried rice and an egg roll. I decided to add shrimp to my pork fried rice for an additional $1 . The rice was very tasty, and the chicken wings were seasoned all the way to the bone, and it had a good crunch every time I took a bite. I also wanted to change my egg roll for a shrimp roll, and the young lady did not charge me extra. I can definitely say it was a good first-time impression. I will be back whenever I have to work this area again.“

“Kim Martin took a picture of boneless spare ribs and thought she was screwed over because her boneless spare ribs came out looking like every boneless spare rib order that has ever been produced by strip mall, Chinese takeout joints. You get what you pay for. It gets the job done“

“Went in to this location in Indian Trail late evening, two ladies helped my daughter and I decide on a couple of pizzas, very friendly. Had some good laughs, the girl with purple/blue hair (sorry didn't grab her name) helped my daughter bag up a 2liter and chatted with her for a bit while the pizzas were getting made. More than fair price for two pizzas (Phily cheese steak & Plain Cheese), cinnamon bites, and a 2 liter. When we got home these pizzas were outstanding! Made exactly how we requested, and just a ton of flavor, crust was nice and crispy. We are going to be seeing Marco's Pizza a lot more!! Thanks for the beginning-to-end great experience!!“

“I just left a bad review for another Chinese restaurant in town, so I need to counteract that by saying how great this place is. General Tso's chicken, Sesame chicken egg rolls, and sugar rolls are all really great. Me and my tummy are sorry we strayed, and that you're closed on Tuesdays. “This is the Cookout I have been going to for over a year and a half now. Most of the time, they get everything right. They are human and make mistakes sometimes, buy they do make it right if they forget something. It's always hot and fresh and its pretty cheap to feed full a grown man who eats a ton and myself for less than $25. The chicken ranch wraps could use a little more ranch in myopinion but I always put a little more on it when I get home. They can also give you a ranch cup to put on it. The quesadillas are pretty good too. Sweet tea is always delicious. Thank you for being the best cookout guys!“
