Everything was fantastic!—we ordered throughout the menu and I was happy with all of it. The shrimp was perfect in the NC shrimp (I’m super weird about ordering shrimp from restaurants-it’s usually overcooked). ***The white chocolate crème brûlée was heaven!”

“First time going here and both the tacos and sopes were great. They made the tortillas fresh right before tossing them on the grill and all 3 meats we tried were really tasty. The pickled onions on the sopes were a nice surprise too. Great stuff!”

“Was in the area to visit the Town Creek Indian Mound but wanted to stop for lunch first. This was a pleasant surprise! Nice service and good food, especially for the reasonable price. To those not used to a small town, this might seem a little bit of an "old" space, but I loved the character. And vegetarian options!

“Good old timer restaurant. Been in the family a couple of generations. Old style burger joint. Some nostalgia on the wall. Close to the interstate but far off enough that traffic noise isn't an issue.

Food was really good. Price was very reasonable.

Waitress was meh. Young girl with only a few customers that was more interested in talking with her friend that came in. She did refill my tea once. Had to beg for silverware. I would go back for the food but I would hope she wasn't working.

This young generation just has zero work ethic and never seem to understand how to do their job.

She got tipped but.....ugh. Makes the restaurant look bad. Definitely worth a stop. Take your own silverware. Lol.”

“I had to leave a review because I was actually blown away at how great every single staff member was today. And I feel like good employees are hard to come by these days. I went in for lunch and it was super busy, tables full, many people in line, lots of pick up orders and I still was greeted when I walked in the door. It took a while as I expected with a line that long but witnessed the team working together and the positive attitude everyone had. I just wanted to give you all a ?? you are noticed!”
