“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.
***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they're running, and I appreciate it!“

“Great food & service 👌. The portion size was way off, Wilmington location, buffalo chicken salad melt was perfection. Chicken salad falling out of crescent in Wilmington. The crescent was also burn in Jacksonville. I will return just to see if they get better, cause the chicken is awesome.“

“Ordered online to pickup but had never been to this store. I really can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was walking in. The place was very clean and the employees were so nice immediately. I picked up a larger order and it included a hot sub and they waited to toast the hot sub until I got there which I thought was such a nice thought and was appreciated. The gentleman working with me went through the order to make sure we had everything and helped me with any questions I had. He was very kind and it did not go unnoticed. It was just a really pleasant experience and I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns. Thank y'all!“

Maddie, Abby, and Raquel are the nicest employees extremely courteous they gave reasonable proportions. They went above and beyond my expectations on subway employees compared to the ones in the PXs this place changed my perspective on subways in general. 5000 stars“

“The best sub I’ve ever had! I got a French dip customized how I wanted it and it was perfect. The way you order is very unique, you select a bag and mark the sandwich and topping you want then hand it to the employees. I was helped by Christa and Erin they were very sweet and helpful!!“

“Firstly, I'd like to give a shout out to the young man that made our food tonight, ANDREW! Dude was on top of his game and his customer service went above and beyond any other fast food service employees! Such a great attitude and personality. He was so courteous and respectful which is something you don't see very often these days... especially if you go in closer to closing time. We have a large family of (7) and Andrew did everything by himself with an uplifting attitude and quickly! He definitely deserves a raise, promotion, and whatever else you need to do to keep him employed with your store!
He did everything by himself, not because he was the only one working at the time, but because the other employee, HUNTER, was too worried about his phone and getting off early instead of helping with the customers or anything else for that matter! Hunter does NOT need to be working there as he clearly doesn't want to be there. He straight up told the other guy (Andrew) that he was leaving early, right in front of us! Yes! He decided on his own that he would leave early without helping Andrew with the customers or any other closing procedures for the night. Just a complete lack of awareness, dependability, and respect.
Andrew, if you see this, please don't ever lose that attitude and personality of yours! You were amazing!“

“I rarely leave reviews but I wanna give this guy the recognition he deserves. We came on 9/27 at 6:30 and ordered 3 footlongs through the drive thru and he literally had them ready by the time we got to the window. The sandwiches were well put together and everything we asked for. That takes skills. Had obviously was making them while we were ordering. Anywho, dinner was great!!“

“I work at the Hertz thats behind them. I can always count on them remembering what i got last time, down to the condiments even! Steve is a very kind man, and his workers clearly enjoy the job. The food is always on point, especially their Ruben Sandwiches. I try hard not to eat lunch here everyday, but its hard not to when theyre so good!“
