“A pig themed brewery that could double as an art museum... I'm in. Such a cool spot. There's so much creativity sprawled throughout the space, visually and in liquid form. Three brews I tried were smooth, balanced, delicious. The help was friendly and engaging. And, as stated, the artwork is top-notch.
Definitely a high point of my day in the area. I will be back and highly recommend a stop to everyone.“

“Very nice location. Service was good. Loved the live wood tables. The award winning light lager was great. We tried a couple IPA's and we're not impressed. They obviously make great lagers and if you like lagers they are some of the best.“
“Paddled South has the best beers in the Triad area. They have the best staff that always treat me like its my second home. The venue is very cute and cozy. This has been my direct go to spot after long days. It's so close to Stock and Grain as well. It's fun here whether its packed for a live music event or when its just me, the bartender, and one other patron. Big thumbs up to Paddle South. Love you guys!“
“Excellent selection of beer, wine, and the Moscow Mule, Whiskey Lemonade, and Hornitos Margaritas are Excellent. While they do not serve food they have a different food truck almost (if not) every night and well mannered dogs are welcome!“
“Steel Hands Brewery is the BEST! Great food and drinks but most important - great people! Our family recently held a fundraiser/ awareness event at the GAC called Plunge for Elodie in honor of our grandson Brooks. This Plunge raised money for research into finding a treatment/ cure for a rare disease called Epidermolysis Bullosa. About 40 people came to Steel Hands Brewery afterwards to enjoy delicious pizza. Royal and Thomas were great!! They featured a “Plunge Pilsner” and donated a dollar from every beer sale to our donation goal and put us OVER OUR GOAL!! Thank you!“
“This is a great place for a first time meeting or to hang with a bunch of friends. They have plenty of board games and trivia to keep you entertained. The live music on Saturday night is enjoyable. There is a wide selection of craft beers that are changed out often, so rarely the exact same selection.“

“You know beer has come so far now with all the breweries in NC. But what a find with HAVK. I’m so happy I found their Kolsch. I even have it on tap at my house. It’s a crisp, smooth beer. I stumbled upon this Kolsch at the Sandbar Marina and I was like WOW. You need to try this beer. You won’t be disappointed, trust me.“
