“Fabulous dinner experience!!! While I often prefer local restaurants to national chains - I cannot say enough great things about our dining experience at PF Chang's in Friendly. Our server Zach was beyond wonderful - quirky, fun - knowledgeable and attentive; he escalated our food allergy questions to the GM Im who went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe dining experience. Always love the Lettuce Wraps and they did not disappoint - and the Sesame Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp were both delicious. We highly recommend!!!“

The General Tso’s Chicken and Orange Chicken are hands-down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. “Chu's in Eastchester in High Point makes the BEST hot and sour soup. They are the only place that puts chicken in it. That makes a huge difference. Their noodles are better than anyone else's also. The chicken wings are top notch also, so much flavor.“

Was hard at first to find a chinese restaurant in the area we felt matched the style and flavor we have liked for years. But then we took a chance at bamboo house skeptical at first that a small dated shopping center area would have good restaurants but Wooooooow ! 9/10!!! We loveeee the food!! We have eaten what feels like dozens and dozens of different chinese restaurants and buffets throughout the United states and the number 1 on our list is a similar chinese take out in new jersey that blew us away!!! “Fried rice is good. Chicken with mixed vegetables is also good but can be inconsistent between orders. Overall, I do think the average rating of 3.9/5 is about right. I took a picture of the current menu they have out in 2025, but they do state on the cover that prices are subject to change.“

“This restaurant used to be our favorite. Since the new owners came, everything has gone down hill. The egg rolls are smaller and filled with more rice than anything else. The fried rice is just tan rice with nothing else added. Any dish that is served with vegetables, now expect the veggies to be served raw - uncooked with a sauce over them. The thinly sliced chicken has a lot of fat and gristle. Even the hot tea (overpriced) has a different taste. The last 2 times I ordered the Egg Fu Yung - I was really sick afterwards. If I ever go back I will just order noodle soup with no vegetables or chicken. The waitresses are very nice but I worry about what goes on in the kitchen. Their sanitary rating is low so the kitchen can't be too clean. There are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we will be trying.“

“This spot got me through two years of college once I discovered it! Being from up North, I was on the hunt for that classic combo of chicken wings and fries with mumbo sauce—and they delivered! They call it sweet and sour sauce here, and you can get a whole cup of it. It’s a little thinner and sweeter than what I’m used to, but it’s still a great substitute. The staff is always friendly, and the service is super timely. I absolutely love this place!“

“I have gone here for years and know plenty people who have too. Everyone loves this place. It seems as though reviews for even the best places in town always have a few that give rotten reviews. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and I could overlook one time, if I did. Overall, I still think this place is excellent.“

“I've never had a bad experience here. Portions side are great. This was 11 and some odd cents. I didnt see a beef and broccoli one so here you go! The beef is tender and the broccoli has just enough crunch. Comes with pork fries rice m, but I chose white. Enjoy!“

“While on vacation with family, we decided to order Chinese food, and overall, this was the best I’ve had in a long time. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the flavors were spot on. The only real disappointment was the crab Rangoon, it lacked flavor completely, and unfortunately, we ended up tossing both orders.

One thing I would suggest is packaging the fried chicken separately. Ours was placed with other items, which made it soggy by the time it arrived. Also, I ordered a 2-liter soda but was given four small cans instead, which isn’t quite the same amount that part felt a bit misleading.

Despite those few issues, the rest of the food was delicious, and we’d still consider ordering again if we’re in the area.“

“I ordered the beef lo mein, and as the store name implies, it "taste good".
I called in my order and arrived about 10 mins after, I was quoted an oddly specific time of 7 mins. However, when I arrived I waited about 10 more mins for the food. That being said, it was fresh so I'm not complaining.
The lobby isn't what you would call inviting or necessarily clean. The menu is old printed paper with typos but they also have the classic menu at the counter. See attached pics.
They do try to distract you from the 90 health rating with a decoration hanging in front of it.“

“I ordered through DoorDash, the food was still hot upon arrival. I ordered chicken wings with shrimp lo mein, the lo mein was very good and flavorful. I rate it 4 stars because the chicken was a little salty other than that everything was good I would definitely order again. My new Chinese restaurant before I was driving 15-20 minutes to the north side of town to get food.“

“I heard about Chu”s express on Westchester from my niece, Accompanied with my sister and grandson we placed our orders Oct 20 22. customer service was excellent has a 99.5 grade and the October decorations we nice. No place to dine in. Our food was so delicious even my grandson was like ummm ummm ?. I highly recommend them. Delivery available also“

“We’ve tried several Chinese food places in the area and have decided this is our favorite. Some places have one item that we’d say is good. Asian Wok is good for anything we order. They do have a few small tables, but I recommend for take out.“

“First time trying New One Wok. It's fresh, it was hot and authentic. It almost tasted like back home in Maryland with the crab rangoons. I will be back definitely. “I have been picking up the home style bean curd with vegetables and substituting vegetable lo mein for the rice for several years. It's beyond awesome! I eat several meals from it. The staff are cheerful. I so enjoy.

“The staff greeted me with a smile and was very polite. I asked for my wings to be fried crispy! When I got my food, not only was it fried extra crispy, the food was still hot as if they just came out the fryer. I am very pleased with their service.“

“Update 2: The manager has been very thorough to make this right and I GREATLY appreciate it. They refunded me otp and sent me confirmation/proof of the refund. I’ll give 4 stars for now, but I look forward to leaving a 5-star review on an order in the future.

Update: The manager called me and offered a refund and a free scallion chicken meal for next time. I appreciate him for informing me of what happened (new cook which is understandable) and making the effort to make it right. I’ll update to 4 stars once the refund goes through. Thanks!

I’m usually happy with my orders from here but unfortunately this was horrible. I ordered a scallion chicken combo and it is EXTREMELY salty. It tastes NOTHING like the scallion chicken I usually get from here. I have no idea what happened here but it’s literally inedible. The chicken was soft too, but completely ruined by the sauce. Unfortunate money wasted. I gave 2 stars because maybe tonight was just an off night.“

“FANTASTIC We’ve been to many Asian and sushi restaurants, this is one of the absolute best meals we’ve had. The dumplings were phenomenal! The wrappers were thin, perfectly crisped and full of flavor. The pad Thai, drunken noodles and sushi were top notch. The hibachi chicken was absolutely the best we’ve ever had. Thank you, we will certainly try our best to come back for another visit!!“
