“I have to come leave a message every time I’m lucky enough to get an item from here! We live about 45 minutes away but my daughter in law works nearby so for all of our birthday she treats us with a cupcake from here. Thankfully my birthday was yesterday so I’m enjoying a delicious birthday cupcake right now! Cupcakes are not an item I ever chose to order or eat HOWEVER, when it comes from here, I can’t resist! Something about the cake/icing flavor combos are unmatched!!!!!! I recommend this place to ANY that is wanting to enjoy a treat, give someone the most perfect gift or buy a bunch to impress the coworkers! You will not go wrong! I can’t say enough! Oh and to top it off customer service is top notch! 🤣🤣”

“Walked in during a hot day in desperate need of a cold beverage. Kyle greeted me, very kind and fixed me a strawberry banana smoothie. So refreshing! Great atmosphere, wonder customer service, fair prices and large drink/snack variety. He accepted Apple Pay, cards, and cash (thank goodness because Apple Pay was all I had!). 10/10 will be coming back”

“Stopped in by chance having past it 2 years ago while driving by. Today we decided to stop in for lunch on our way back to Ohio. Food was great, and great prices for a family of 6! “This restaurant used to be our favorite. Since the new owners came, everything has gone down hill. The egg rolls are smaller and filled with more rice than anything else. The fried rice is just tan rice with nothing else added. Any dish that is served with vegetables, now expect the veggies to be served raw - uncooked with a sauce over them. The thinly sliced chicken has a lot of fat and gristle. Even the hot tea (overpriced) has a different taste. The last 2 times I ordered the Egg Fu Yung - I was really sick afterwards. If I ever go back I will just order noodle soup with no vegetables or chicken. The waitresses are very nice but I worry about what goes on in the kitchen. Their sanitary rating is low so the kitchen can't be too clean. There are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we will be trying.”

“Great service and food! No buffet or dining in. This is a small family ran restaurant. They take pride in their food and customer service. Spring rolls are a favorite as is the chicken broccoli and crab rangoon is wonderful”

“My mother-in-law and I eat at Fitz on Main 2-3 times the three days they are open each week. We love all the food we have eaten here...from the French toast, the Shammy, and omelets to the cheeseburgers, hotdogs, crispy chicken salad and more and can't forget those amazing desserts by Danette. We love the atmosphere, even the closeness and sqeazing by the bar area to get to our table. That closeness is the same you feel from the staff, the friendly faces and regulars you see each week. “I'll start with this, the lone waitress working on the Sunday we went there was working her tail off. It fairly busy, she was taking calls, cleaning tables, sweeping, delivering food and taking orders like crazy. I don't remember her name but she was fantastic. The cheesesteak sandwich was phenomenal. Probably tied with Elizabeth's for best in the area. The meatball sub was also very good. Cheese bread appetizer was nice with a good crust and warm fluffy bread. The marinara could be a tad thicker. Great parking area. Will definitely return.”

“This diner is a hidden gem I passed by every time I go to my parents house. It's a diner that feels cozy and authentic. Not upscale, but great coffee and eggs cooked exactly as runny as you want them. Pancakes were on point, and bacon was crispy. Get here.”

On this visit, there were at least 5 tables littered with dishes and trash that had not been cleaned up and stayed that way the entire time we were there. Normally the staff are punctual about cleanup. But today they didn't touch anything”

“We gave Cracker Barrel another try after hearing all the improvements. I will say that nothing has changed. We are still here at the one hour mark from being seated. We still have no food, our coffee cups have been empty most of the time and it wasn't that busy when we got here. I really wanted things to be better. This will be our last visit. I would not be so disappointed if they were just honest about it. When they seat you, they can say hey, our kitchen is about an hour behind and allow you to decide whether that is acceptable.”

“This is a thriving Chic-fil-A. If you want a classic Chic-fil-A experience, come here. This place has the great food you've come to expect from Chic-fil-A. The associates are friendly and helpful. “I am new to Kernersville. I decided to get Chick-fil-A for dinner. I was very very pleasant with the workers and the atmosphere. I went through the drive-thru and I was having some troubles with my online order and the app. The worker helping me, specifically the worker with a headscarf was very helpful. She completely understood the problem and assisted me. My order was fresh and I am delighted.”

I tried the apple pie because it reminded me of fast-food pies from when I was a kid - and it did not disappoint. Lastly, the staff were friendly and the service was fast. “First time trying the food. The hubby and I got the el big amerimex and queso nachos. The hubby made a honest mistake and said sir to the order taker which I thought was a dude too with their deep voice. When she corrected him he was like I'm so sorry and we both was like our bad and thank-you ma'am. The lady was black with braids. She had a funky attitude at the window and was quiet when he was thanking her and she took the card to pay. Then she handed our drinks and went to the back. I said hope she don't try to do anything to our food because of an honest mistake. She came back with our food all of a sudden happy saying have a good night. Went home and all was good but near the middle of my burger it tasted like they poured a bunch of pepper on my burger and the hubby burger was very salty in the middle. He had to throw some of his burger away. That is very messed up and immature of her if she did something to our burgers because she mad someone made an honest mistake because she sound like bro man from the 5th floor. Cashier name Isabella on the receipt which I assume was her. She in the wrong line of work trifling like that. So beware if you made an honest mistake in calling someone with a deep voice sir. That's messed up. All good. She will reap what she sow. God sees all.

***Update*** Previous 3, now updated 4 Stars. The 1st order November 22nd 2025 and we went back December 13th, 2025 and reordered the same meal. Thankfully after filing the complaint guest services offered a nice voucher for that mishap. This time we noticed that lady was on cleaning duties and new people taking orders. The food was great and this time our burgers wasn't salty nor peppery. We actually got to taste it for how it was supposed to be minus trifling tampering. So we know that lady did tamper with our stuff and I'm glad she's not fixing anyone food or taking orders anymore with that evil spirit. I pray she change and let God heal her from whatever that is causing her to be ugly like that. Because somebody else would had let her had it. But thank God he got us and do way better in fighting our battles.”
