I had the most amazing time at this Cold Stone. Great customer service, great cakes, and amazing ice cream! The store is very clean, and they offer beautiful custom cakes! Highly recommend

The service is usually good. When they are e busy there is one gentleman in particular maybe the manager who doesn’t seem to pay attention when they are busy. If he helps he seems to mess my order up. He’s even told another employee how to make what I ordered one time told them wrong. They need to pay more attention no matter how busy they are and make sure they know recipes.

Stopped by for two shakes today, figuring their ice cream would make the difference over a good fast food place. The good: the flavor in both my strawberry and my wife's very vanilla were excellent. Lots of promise. The bad: shakes were very thin. The straws we were given were long and small diameter, yet the shake sucked right up them immediately.
