There is a worker named Layla, and she is by far the most sweet ,caring, and considerate as well as accommodating worker I've ever met in my 34 years of living. Not only is she an excellent worker, but she cares for her 11 year old sister with the help of her friends and manages to do it quite impressively and with a smile across her face. At 18 years old, she should be out in college somewhere, but her sister needed her, so she stepped up big time from what I could infer. I think that ifin you guys happen to be around the area go to the Chic Fil A at Union Cross and Glenn High dr and leave her a tip! At 18 years old she's doing what a lot of parents can't, and some won't even do. Thank you kindly to Chic Fil A and all the delightful young workers.“

“This location featured quick and polite service, as with most Chick-fil-A locations. One thing that did stand out to me today at lunch was the front of house attendant. He was more than accommodating in ensuring drinks were filled, tables were clean, and that everyone was having an enjoyable experience. I believe the table beside me was a little surprised by his attentive nature, as he volunteered to clear their entire table when he saw they were gathering their items to leave. It's employees like this gentleman that create such a great appreciation for this company. It made my day to see such unprovoked kindness.“

“I thought I would never again taste food like my Aunt Hattie made it, but today a friend took me to University Kitchen for lunch, and I had green beans, stewed cabbage, fried chicken livers, and cornbread. It was like going back in time to my Aunt Hattie's kitchen and once again tasting good old country cooking at its best. They have managed to keep those great vintage recipes alive, and I now have a new favorite restaurant. Everyone who worked there was amiable and on top of service. It was great!“

At both events, Kitchenology's food was absolutely fantastic, on time, and their service was exceptional as well. They think ahead in regards to dietary needs and have options for all. Their menu options are also very wide! It's just a cherry on top that this delicious food is healthy, and is helping fund an impactful and much needed non-profit initiave! “This particular Chick-fil-A is always incredibly busy, at least, whenever I go. I usually don't have time to walk in and order, so I go through the drive thru. It definitely takes a while to get through the drive thru. However, even though it can be slow, the people are still very lovely and patient and the food quality is great. Still a great Chick-fil-A to visit, just not if you're in a rush.“
