“Awesome small local coffee roaster. Had a fresh drip dark-roast coffee - which is my go to when I find a good roaster. Took home a pound of fresh-roasted beans as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are a coffee lover!“

“I've been coming down to the Outer Banks every November for the past 32 years. Somehow I had never ran across this gem. The coffee and ice cream are perfect. We really enjoyed the malt. I also thoroughly enjoyed their specialty menu for The Fall season! We went several days and enjoyed the view, everyone that we met who worked there was great! We loved the swanky seating, the eccentric seating, and the overall beauty of this place! HIGHLY recommend checking it out!!!“

“Really friendly hostess and great waitress. Stopped in with our 3 month old baby and hostess offered to hold her so I could eat my food and waitress was super attentive and sweet. It’s nice to have great service. Seems to not be the case most places anymore. We only got drinks and an app but definitely would go back!“

“Jks restaurant is amazing I got there at 4:30 and the manager was outside, we talked to him and he said when we go in to say our names and he would get us a seat. We walk in and tell him our names and we immediately get a seat, I got the ny strip and it was amazing it was cooked perfectly also right when you walk in you will see the steak on the grill right behind the glass which was really cool“

“Had a really excellent brunch style breakfast...pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, hash browns with bananas and whipped cream on the side. Wow. Everything was super. The hot sauces are great too. Outstanding service even though the place was crowded. My only complaint is the place is kind of cramped and noisy but that's obviously how their customers like it!“

“Had Lunch with jusband and daughter on 10-15-25 we ordered and ate only to find a roache crawing over my dauthers head on the wall near out booth. Long story short another on was on our table and fell off onto my husband's lap. Disgusting!! Never Again. The place was bit that crowded now i know why. EXTERMINATE PLEASE!!!!!“

“The food is phenomenal. Try the Hawaiian Pork Platter. OMG deliciousness!! And the staff is on their game - friendly, casual - all around great service. I will be back EVERY time I’m down here! Yummy.“
