“My husband and I visited PB Clark's for breakfast twice when we were in the area visiting our grandparents. Like other reviews say, PB Clark's is an old fashioned diner and like walking back in time. The servers greeted our grandparents by name, and we saw them do the same with others. This is a no-frills, locals spot and draws a country, mountain, crowd. Everyone knows everyone, and I'm glad we were with our grandparents who are locals. Otherwise, we stuck out as being "from off". I tried the two egg breakfast with cheesy grits and a biscuit. The eggs were cooked correctly, and the biscuits are large and fluffy. The grits were too runny for me and I would not order them again. For a breakfast side, order the hash browns. Everything is reasonably priced and was great fuel for hiking at Hanging Rock State Park.“

“I love this little place. They have a little of everything for everyone. I've had their Greek platter a couple of times, and it's really good. When I want a fried seafood platter, I'll come here instead of the seafood restaurants near me. We usually go every couple of weeks.“

“I have been enjoying Waldo's Wings for 30 years. Jackie started it long ago, and now Chris Michael and Zoe are keeping up the tradition and kept the same high quality and great taste as ever. Waldo's is 100% the best wings in all of NC and perhaps the whole southeastern US. Best I've ever eaten. Keep up the good work Chris, Zoe, Dina, and Jeff and the whole crew. *****“

“A very family friendly restaurant. The servers were great and made the place very inviting. We have 4 kids and in most places the dining experience can be hectic but even then other diners were not bothered by our kids and picked a played along with them. We will definitely be adding this place to our dining options from this point forward.“

“We are visiting from Southern California and our family wanted us to experience this wonderful food. This is a BUSY place! The whole time we were there, there was maybe 1 or 2 open tables, but only for a second before a new set of hungry bellies moved in!The restaurant is clean and wonderfully decorated with murals and pics of beautiful farms and makes it feel homey. Now, let's talk about the FOOD!!!We had soup, breakfast, sweet n sour chicken, and finally crusted pork. The portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable...What a treat this place is!Thank you for a wonderful meal!“
