“Yes, this is in a gas station. It is most definitely NOT gas station food. I ordered the falafel over rice plate and my friend ordered a gyro. Both were incredible. Gyro was a sizeable serving with good quality meat and fillings. The rice was aromatic and perfectly paired the falafel and sauce. But the falafel. I am picky; too many places make a sad dry falafel. This is probably one of the best versions I've found in years. It was fried well on the outside but the interior was flavorful and soft.
We are sooo glad we overcame the trepidation of the gas station and stopped. We plan on coming back when we return to hike King's Mountain.“

Well, never got to do it because as soon as o walked through the door with the fish and the wings, they were gone instantly 🥴

By far some of the best food I’ve had from the CLT area. The fish fresh and crispy, the wings were delectable. The customer service out of this world.
