Customers have called multiple times to place orders or ask about lost items, but the phone just rings for about five minutes and then hangs up. There is no voicemail box, which is a problem since the website lists phone orders as an option. Additionally, customers are sometimes required to walk up to the pickup window for curbside orders, which contradicts the curbside signs. Despite these issues, the food, vibes, and people are really great, and many recommend the Knightdale location.
