Thank you to the amazing young guys working yesterday! I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. I said, “that’s my son up there in the big blue truck he will pay for me!” Thanks for being so nice to my crazy self and allowing my son to pay for me!🤣
Went on a Saturday afternoon and expected a small wait due to it was around lunchtime. Ordered a small cone for my 3 year old to enjoy. We waited 25 minutes and no ice cream arrived. The same was true for my sister who ordered two ice cream cups for her daughters. We had to approach a “manager” who did promptly address the issue but without an apology. The dining room was in chaos and the bathroom was a mess. This location needs to do better.
this is the large fry container I got from my drive thru order. might as well not given me fries at all, but I did pay for the large order though
