Got great customer service today from a young lady in this establishment tried to give her a tip. She stated to me, she could not accept the tip that taking a tip was stealing??? is this really what Krispy Kreme is teaching our young our people? OMG how ridiculous!!!!
Got my free donut. Such a good idea.
Their customer service was terrible. I ordered a dozen of original glazed doughnuts and received warmed up mini donuts instead. NEVER AGAIN! I also waiting almost 12 mins in line with no one inside and no one in front of me. I've had better customer service and food quality elsewhere❗❗❗ Save your time, money and disappointment.
