“I’ve heard great things about this Restaurant. So, I’ve decided to come try this Restaurant for the first time. I’ve went there Last Sunday, 4/19, & celebrated my Birthday. I came there around 1:00 PM. There were lots of Customers there. So, I had to wait 20 Minutes to get a Table, not too bad of a Wait. The Employees were Super Nice & Friendly. The Food was Excellent! I would also like to say the Tres Leches Pancakes could use a little bit more Tres Leches, but it was Great! The Mimosas were Great! Great Customer Service, & No Communication Barrier. They’ve treated me like a V.I.P. The Atmosphere/Music was Great! I can feel the Culture as soon as I walked inside. Muchas gracias a Amenecer Cocina for making my Birthday a Great & Memorable one. “My wife and I stumbled into Drift for the first time last Sunday while spending the weekend in Wilmington for a comedy show I did. Absolute great coffee and a fantastic brunch. Bought a bag of beans for home, and the coffee I’ve had the last two days is out of this world. The coffee is rich and flavorful. I can’t wait to get back to Wilmington so I can go to Drift. “Okay. This breakfast was GREAT. I love a good small diner. This place has a relaxed atmosphere. The people working here are great, the food is delicious. It is a must have when you are in the mood for a good neighborhood diner. This place was so clean! I know an odd thing to say about a "greasy spoon" but it goes a long way when I wash my hands in a clean restroom before eating. Oh and the banana pudding tastes so close to what my granny made when I was growing up ❤️ I will be back soon.“

“My family stayed right up the road and came in yesterday morning with 7 people (5 adults, 2 children), they put us in two booths (the booths fit comfortable 4 people). The waitress we had had no problem serving us. She was fantastic! She was kind, diligent, and we spent a solid 15 minutes talking to her about Wilmington. The food is really good, too. I had pancakes and sausage links served on a paper plate. Some of the best food of my life came on a paper plate. I wouldn’t sleep on this little joint. They seem like they serve the community with such love, that I’d love to see what they will do in the years to come.“
