“This place just isn’t what it used to be. Seems every visit I have had lately the service is bad, the drink is bad or both. Today I went thru and placed an order for 7 drinks. To simplify it, I wrote the order down while waiting in line. I pull forward to wait and she brings me the first tray of four and then returns with only 2 more. I showed her my order that I had given the girl at the window and pointed out which one was missing. She then returns to show me the receipt and inform me I didn’t pay for that and needed to get back in line if I wanted to order it. I explained that I physically handed this paper to her and if it was missed I would give her my card to pay for the 7th drink but again I am told to get back in line if I wanted the drink. I left as I had to get my daughter to work and simply didn’t have time to wait once again for the drink that was missed.“
