“Best coffee EVER“

“Amazing experience lovely people amazing coffee couldn’t asked for anything better I rate a 1000000000000/10 everyone needs to try much love to the owners!!!!!!!!!!❤️“

“Everyone who knows me is aware of my love for coffee, and I'm always ready to try a new cup, regardless of the sweetness level or if it’s Hot, over ice or blended. This coffee shop is truly amazing. Despite the bustle, the staff remained composed and welcoming. I was greeted with big smiles, and when it was my turn to order, I was treated with patience and attention. I gave the barista the freedom to create something special, and she took the time to craft a drink that would delight my taste buds, rather than simply preparing a standard coffee to get me out the door. She sent me on my way with a delicious Reese frappe!“

“Wonderful selection of coffee“

“Absolutely could not say enough great things about JD’s! A few weeks before my wedding, we had multiple catering options fall through. JD’s saved the day, making food to feed my almost 100 people guest list. It was ready on time for pickup. Food was hot, delicious, & fairly priced. Best bbq in town, we’ll definitely be back!“

“👍BEST COFFEE in MORGANTON. WOW now serving GREAT NYC BAGELS!!!!!“

“Wonderful place to visit! Amazing staff! Best dunks in town! Only place to enjoy the love of many kitties and a great coffee at the same time!“

“Every time we visit my in-laws in Granite Falls we look forward to visiting City Grind! They have every flavor you could imagine but their coffee plain is great to begin with!

Delicious iced espresso drinks and hot coffee, great baked goods, super kind staff, and an overall wonderful atmosphere!“

“Raelyn was so kind and helpful we need more people like her also if the owner See's this Elisabeth i think is telling her friends to give her five stars but raelyn didn't want any of it so she is in my opinion so helpful and dressed appropriately and did not fumble under pressure“

“Starbucks consistently provides excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality coffee. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. The store is clean, comfortable, and a great place to work, study, or meet with friends. Their wide selection of beverages and food options makes it easy to find something for everyone. Overall, Starbucks delivers a reliable and enjoyable experience every visit.“

“Best wedding cake ever! The sweetest lady there made our dream wedding cake! Not here to slander another business, but our original wedding cake came from another place and it was an absolute disaster. We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be! She was absolutely amazing, in customer service and in her baking/decorating abilities. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any types of cakes or cookies for special occasions. They will make sure it is what you want and make it look incredible!“

“Stop by around 1030 am Wanted breakfast Very Friendly people Waitress& My food was Excellent! I give a 5 Start!“

“This is only 1 reason I love this location. The employees are always so kind. If there is ever a mistake (which is rare) is it corrected immediately, with a smile and deep apologies. This cup message tonight still has me smiling hours later. I used to come every night before work and then stopped because of changes of work hours. I love this and to be remembered is amazing considering how many people come through this location. I will always come here and tell people to come here.“

“Shannon at Starbucks seriously made my day today! From the moment I walked in, she was super friendly, patient, and clearly cared about getting my drink just right. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do!

My drink came out perfect easily one of the best Starbucks drinks I’ve ever had. She nailed the flavor, the balance, and even made sure everything looked great before handing it off. On top of that, she had such a positive attitude that it honestly turned a normal coffee stop into a great experience!

Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Shannon behind the counter. If you’re at this location and Shannon is working, you’re in good hands. 10/10 service!!!“
