I don’t know what happened with the disabled children thing, but every sandwich I’ve gotten here has been good. Service is about as good as you can expect from fast food. I’ll always go here over jimmy John’s or subway.
As much as I like these subs over Subway, I have rarely received good service. Rarely am I greeted with a hello, smile, or anything positive. You can clearly tell most of the employees at this location are just there for a paycheck. You can feel the negativity from them. Customers are your bread & butter, if you drive away the customers, you will not have a store - not that any of those kids care. They will just somewhere else to be hired. Shortest guy on staff reddish brown hair needs to speak up. He constantly mumbles like he has marbles in his mouth and you cant understand anything he says. Messed my wife's order up because he kept mumbling and he just started added in toppings that she didnt ask for after she'd ask him to repeat himself. Mine was fine, hence the 3 stars, but she was very frustrated
