Absolutely amazing experience at the Domino’s on Shallowford! From start to finish, the food and customer service were honestly outstanding.

I accidentally ordered from this location without realizing it at first and went to the wrong store initially. Once I figured it out and made my way to the correct Domino’s, it ended up being completely worth the extra trip. The team there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional.

Denton and Charity went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another female employee (I didn’t catch her name) who was just as kind and helpful. They made my pizza exactly to my specifications, and it came out PERFECT. You can really tell they care about doing things right and making customers happy.

The pizza was so good that after eating a slice in my car, I literally went back inside just to tell them how great of a job they did. That’s how impressed I was.

Great food, great attitudes, and genuinely excellent service. This location truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“This Pizza Hut has always been pretty solid, but lately they have been knocking it out of the park. I don't know if they're under new management or something but I've gotten pizza twice in the last couple of weeks and it's been some of the best pizza I've ever had.“

Our waitress was MIA most of our visit, when she was there we was nice and attentive. Poor thing was overwhelmed, it was no fault of hers, I think they were understaffed. There was another waitress though, she was ON IT! She was scooting around the place refilling everyone's drinks, even tables that weren't hers. We heard here interacting and conversing with her tables having alot of fun. She stopped a few times to check on us, honestly...we should've tipped HER too in hindsight.
The food was mediocre.
We have had great wings from other East Coast Wings but for the time we waited for our food to be served...you'd think the wings would be hot and crispy. Instead they were soggy and warm. Salad was fresh and as usual the ranch was on point! (Yall know I love a good ranch!)
They were out of several flavors and had to settle on trying something new, I like my new flavor but my hubby didn't care for his.
They used to serve bread with the wings, I'm not sure when they stopped but it's definitely missed by us!!
We will eat at East Coast Wings again because we have had many good meals with them but I do hope their not following the trend of other chain restaurants and cutting corners to make a buck. It sure seemed that way to us.

“My wife and I decided to warm up and have dinner here on our way back to Raleigh from Skiing all day in western NC. We had the small pepperoni Stromboli and the meat tortellini dish with the salad. It was very good and the portions where great as well. The staff was very very kind, the family vibes where radiating in the restaurant. They even had a sports game going on as well which was great. The food was made fairly quick for those who want to sit down for a bit out of the car but also get back on the road. Would come here again.“

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was John. He was an amazing help throughout the entire process. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was very patient while answering my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about making sure customers have a good experience, but John definitely did. He went above and beyond to be polite, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly on time, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.

“First time eating at this Marcos location and it definitely won't be the last. Greeted right when we came thru the door. We wanted to try a few different items. We had the Pizzoli, wow so good. We got the cheese steak sub, cooked perfect. We took home an Ultimate Magnifico Pizza. The food was spot on. We didn't catch the gentleman's name who was putting everything together, but he has a beard. He was so down to earth and just amazing. We also met the General Manager Stephen, also a very amazing person. I would come back here just because of the service and the people working. They really made you feel at home. Thanks guys.“
