First timer to Speedys. We got chopped plate, red slaw, potato salad (puddin'), fries, salad. Must be 2#'s of bbq on the plate. Double portions of sides. Certainly enough for 2 people. Bbq very flavorful but on the dry side. Dip was good but I like mine more thin rather than thick. Red slaw was 10 out of 10. Potato salad puddin was perfect consistency but was missing something. CONSISTENTLY GREAT FOOD! The chopped bbq speaks for itself. It needs no compliments. Order it. See for yourself why they stay popping. The non-BBQ item that gets me is the.. chicken tender basket (large because I HAVE to!) feature the best chicken tenders in town in my opinion! The BBQ style food is UNBEATABLE if you wanting a "genuine Lexington based BBQ" experience.

I personally think Lexington bbq is better.But it was good. Banana pudding was great. Did curb side and the service was fast but felt like the service person could have been friendlier.
