“I work for a local company and had the honor of picking a restaurant to cater our lunch. Zilla’s was the first place out of my mouth because it’s close and the food hits every single time. They’re my family’s personal favorite. We ordered Baked Ziti, Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Salads, Garlic Knots, and Cannoli. This fed around 40 people. They DEVOURED it. It was so delicious, the CEO of our company came by my office to tell me how much he enjoyed lunch today and it was a great choice. The workers at Zilla’s were so kind and loaded the food in my car for me. I can’t emphasize enough how delicious this food was. They were ready on time, and the food was piping hot. 10/10 WILL order again. Zilla’s NEVER lets us down. Side note: this was the first time I’d ever had Zilla’s pastas. My family normally orders pizza and the Birria Pizza is our favorite. The BBQ Mac and Cheese is also a family favorite in my house. Thank you Zilla’s!!!!”

“Family of four ate there for jthe first time. Son and my wife really liked the Cheese Steak Burrito; daughter-in-law devoured chicken and beef tacos. I took the waitress's recommendation and had Jalisco chicken instead of Arroz Con Pollo-- great choice. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Prices were good and service excellent. This won't be our last visit.”

“While waiting in a 6-hour virtual DMV line, we searched for something to do and found this place! My husband is an avid pool player in Charlotte, so it was a perfect fit. It was a quiet day, but the owner was wonderful—friendly and welcoming. The tables are in good shape and only $1 per rack, which is a great deal. And the food… oh my goodness, absolutely delicious! We ended up ordering more than planned because it was that good”

“I’m a long way from home back in west Texas and we have good Mexican food there but this was a really great place to stop and relax for lunch and enjoy great friendly service and good fresh food. Loved the Christmas decor and holiday movies playing on the tv to enjoy. The food prices here are really affordable and the food portions aren’t small. You will get a lot of food for reasonable prices. I had the Monday special fajitas (mixed) for only $8.99! You would spend more than that at any fast food place so I’d much rather get a nice full meal for that than greasy fast junk. Their menu is large too so there is plenty to choose from for everyone. Great place all around! Thank You!”

“So I placed a online order and I had called and let them know that I didn’t want wings with the variety bucket . The lady seemed annoyed cause I explained that when you do an order online I wish there was an option to what kinda chicken pieces you wanted for example legs, breast , or wings but no you only get the option for original or crispy . So I called back up there to let someone know that I had asked for extra legs instead of wings and I got the complete opposite. I also got over charged for honey mustard it was for 7 honey mustard but only got five .”

Every single person on staff when I visited (and I hope corporate sees this-check your staffing schedule for 6:15ish pm on April 18, 2005. Two lovely young men and three lovely young women. They deserve raises. Of course I tipped them but come on, please pay these honest, hard working people a real living wage with healthcare. “Ordered online, picked up inside. I had ordered two medium freezes and was told the freeze machine was broken, so they offered two large cups for soda as a substitute. They did not skimp on burrito fillings. They were very sweet people.
Overall, I wished I lived closer so I could visit this location more often.”

“I want to give a 5-Star shout out to LarShanell for her great job tonight. She was level headed, kind, and authoritative. I watched her handle three different customers, two of them were not able to have their order filled the way they ordered it because of the items not being available. Because of the way she carried herself and handled the situation, no one was angry or upset. If you are looking for a new manager for Wendy's, she's your girl. I predict a revenue increase if you give her more authority.”
