“What a great spot. I have been here a few times now and it has never disappointed. Very clean and welcoming and they may possibly have the most comfortable barstools in America. The highlight though is the people. Every time I've received a friendly welcome and great service but someone stands out. Gypsy is absolutely amazing. Always smiling and friendly and working, not standing around chatting and ignoring you. That's a huge plus, but tonight was different. Another customer walked up to the bar and made what I thought was a ridiculous request. I personally would have been quick to set her straight, but Gypsy showed total self control and politely managed the situation all with a smile on her face. You can't teach that, you can't train that, that is just who she is. Fantastic job and they are lucky to have her. Thanks for the great service Gypsy!!!“
