“I am blown away and 100 percent satisfied with Pope Plantation Cakes & Bakery! Pamela made everything fresh and the morning of the baby shower I hosted for my brother and sister-in-law. The price with delivery was affordable and worth every penny. The flavor and quality of everything was the best part! Everyone complimented everything about the cake and cupcakes even the fondant tasted great! We have no left overs and will definitely only use Pope Plantations for my baby shower coming up soon and every future event we have. Thank you!“

“We used Rachel for our Wedding cake and cupcakes on 6.8.24 and they were amazing!!! The guests raved about the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry champagne, and blueberry lemon). My friend loved them so much she had to eat multiple of each declaring they all were delicious, and her favorite was the blueberry lemon. Rachel even had Gluten Free & Vegan cupcakes for family members that needed both AND she made our cake Gluten Free because I (the bride) am GF. She even delivered to our venue, which was probably an hour or more for her to drive, and set up everything perfectly! We also get a free one year anniversary cake so we didn't need to worry about trying to freeze anything afterwards. Rachel even went above and beyond to meet us in the south charlotte area for a tasting. I HIGHLY recommend her cakes and using her for your wedding!!“

“Went to check out this little shop one day after a Friend mentioned it to me and I thought it was a cute set up, it definitely worked with the layout of the establishment. I'd definitely come back for some more pastries and sweet treats.

“Did an order online. They stated it was ready and the DoorDash person got there nd it wasn’t ready to go. Took another 15 min to fill order. Other than that love this place, my top cookie is the Tres Leches. Every time they put it on the menu I either get one or a half dozen 😂“

“Everything I have tried at Marie & Twannette's has been delicious. I have had the fiery pimento cheese, dill spread, chicken salad, sausage & cheese balls, Garden Chicken Pie, and Mama T's ACP to name a few. If you are looking for delicious food, give them a try.“

“This is my all time favorite place to order a cake from - they are THE most delicious cakes, cupcakes and cake plops I have ever tasted since the cakes my mother used to make. Nothing else compares. The service is great, people are phenomenal and experience is top notch. You will NOT be disappointed to give this bakery a chance with your order. “This was our first time visiting the Lake Norman Cheesecakery, and what a pleasant surprise! The selection was surprisingly diverse, with the classics, along with many new twists like toasted coconut and Oreo. The one we shared was the toasted coconut, it was like cheesecake and coconut cream pie all in one. The prices were fair and the staff was excellent, friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend visiting Lake Norman Cheesecakery in Downtown Lincolnton! I know we will be back!

“Made a short detour off of Hwy 321 to check this place out. SO WORTH IT! We picked up an assortment of sweet and savory pastries which were great. Loved the loaf of cheese-filled bread....not sure what it was called. It looked like a loaf of yeast bread but it had a slightly sweet cream-cheese filling...highly recommend that.“

“Had at a birthday party and had to go buy cakes. Lady was amazing and signed us up for bag special. Red velvet is my favorite so far and I hate red velvet cake. A must try place. Seems to be better to order ahead and pick up. Cannot wait to go back. Closest one to me is hour away.“

“I enjoyed this place, me and my sister went to grab some cookies and soda. We tried the Berry Mai Tai with Sundrop, the salted caramel, and the Lemon Raspberry Cookies. The Sugar- Cookie base is a little bit dry but overall the cookies had a nice flavor and a delicious icing. The service was really nice but the Atmosphere was a little lacking. There was little art and such which can be important for enjoying sitting down and eating.“

“This time the service was lacking but I travel from VA to NC to get pan from Odalys. Their pan dulce is good for up to one week, when here in VA, it has to be eaten in two days.

“Our sip and chat met there for the first time. We were welcomed by the staff and were not given a time limit on our stay. All of our beverages were wonderful. It’s a great location and beautifully decorated .
I must add to my review that the past 3 weeks the temperature in the coffee shop has been 80 degrees!!! When we asked the staff about making cooler they said it was set by management. We have email their web site and via facebook and received no response.“
