“This was my first time at Waterbean Coffee so I didn't know what to expect. I don't usually frequent coffee shops so I didn't know what kinds of food they would have. They were very helpful and answered my questions and helped me choose what to get. The coffee was delicious and I got a gluten free cookie that was very tasty. I've never had a gluten free snack so I was very surprised at how delicious it was. There were 4 of us and we each got something different and everyone was happy with their choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy. They even have a piano that I was able to play. We will be glad to go back there again.“

“This is tucked inside Ingles Supermarket, so that is the only time I come here - when I’m shopping. No worries though, I get stellar service no matter what. Their little kiosk/booth is spotless and the workers are always polite and full of smiles. I’ve never had a bad drink here. Always made quickly and to perfection. I highly recommend stopping here for a treat while shopping.“

“Everyone is always so kind here! Drinks are also delicious . I wanted to give a personal shoutout to Ariana. I was behind a car in drive thru who was being SO rude to her. Complaints on complaints. I was watching and listening to it all happen for at least 5 mins. RUDE lady!!

“I always enjoy stopping by in the mornings to see Josh. He has worked for starbucks in catawba county for over 15 years. I followed him here from the LR location, Josh is the heart and soul of the local Starbucks scene. Nobody makes drinks as well as Josh does and i highly recommend you go by and see him. He’s there mostly every morning! Thanks for all the good drinks, Josh!“
“Fell in love with this cute coffee shop. Great coffee, a large selection of coffees and teas. There were also brownies, cupcakes, muffins, fruit, small birmtes, sandwiches. A great place. The staff very friendly. Will be a frequent guest here!“

“Stopped in here a few days ago I witnessed a guy giving the customer the wrong items ( the was adding the wrong items in her box the manager or team leader was on it very quickly to correct before it went out the window shes on top of things give her a raise .But the donuts were not fresh at all it appears they don't make them on-site they are made somewhere else then brought to the stores not like Krispy Cream or Jaco (Philippines only) but overall the staff was nice the store was clean and greeted with smiles.“

“Came here yesterday, very clean atmosphere and spacious in this Starbucks too. The staff was nice and.friend. their online ordering system was down, but the workers handled it very well! Plus they had some nice Free Samples they had given out!
Parking: Parking.lot.is nicely laid out.

“Nick Crowe, Manager, assisted our organization with a large order of donuts to take to the Sheriff's Office's in Western North Carolina during the relief efforts after Hurricane Helene. Not only did he assist us with this extremely large order, he also donated additional donuts, free of charge!
We greatly appreciate their efforts to accommodate our last minute request during a very stressful time. 10/10 recommend.

“There is a barista at this store named Lucas who changed my life. I know that it sounds silly but I just lost my mother and his kind words and exceptional customer service made me feel a lot better, I really needed that. What I did not need was the female barista, Kayla, to berate me and laugh in my face. Apparently servicing a grieving customer is “standing around talking” to her. I also saw her yell at Lucas for no apparent reason while he was working and she was on “break” I haven’t seen Lucas at the store in a while and I hope that girls mean words don’t have anything to do with it! -ML“

“The owner is so nice! It is a simple place to have ice cream on the go or to sit outside l. My fiancé and I had our first date here on September of 2019! When the location was open in the inside they had checkers and other games! My Fiancé and I had a great time, this will forever have a great memory for us… We are soon to be wedded Next MONTH!“

The staff are very overworked here and you can tell. Drink quality and service has gone down over the last 6 months. It's usually only 2 people handling the entire drive thru and all inside orders. They need help so we can get quality coffee again.“

“Good service. I use the app and order ahead. I stop here EVERY 4th Saturday (work schedule. They aren't open when I go by during the week) . I used to hit Dunkin everyday. With my current job, the schedule doesn't allow it. But on my weekend rotation, I make up for it! Friendly staff, my food is always ready. I use the rewards in the app for a couple extras. (I pick up for more than myself on weekends, that's how I have the reward points. I knew what you were thinking) I love Dunkin! They've been my go to for 10+ years. When they put Dunkin in local gas stations, they got me. That blueberry coffee and iced tea won me from the get go! When they finally built stand alone shops, it was a no brainer for me. Thanks Dunkin! I love the Wicked Awesome 40 Tumbler!
Parking: There's plenty of parking, but it's a drive thru. Google wanted parking advice. Well, it's hard to walk through a drive thru and get service. Park and eat I guess? Does that answer your question, Google?“

“We have had great experiences with birthday cakes, so I signed my daughters (10 and 5) up for the summer baking camp this year! They had so much fun and already can’t wait for next summer! 10/10 recommend both the summer camp for kids and getting all the cakes from them!“
